When OJ was on trial for murder, there were cameras in the courtroom. Some observers thought it affected the judge and his rulings, some thought it affected lawyers and even the jury.This is so bad. Proceedings are supposed to be public. It’s merely the physical constraints that limit the number of people who can see and hear in person; if technology can break those artificial boundaries that’s a good thing. TeeVee is not just a bigger courtroom. Neither is Twitter.
I’ll wait to see how the judge rules before ruling on the judge.
