I never practiced criminal law. I vaguely remember my CrimLaw class from first-year law school, 37 years ago. And even I know better than this.

Leaving aside the propriety of running your mouth this way, none of this is a legal defense unless you're charged with a crime that requires the government to prove specific intent.
