Because the stupid, it burns.* 

* 1) There is no "space force doctrine." There is probably a Space Ghost doctrine, but that's another matter entirely.

2) The 1st Amendment has applied to the states since the passage of the 14th Amendment and court rulings based on it extending the “Bill of Rights” to the states.

3) If there is no Space Ghost doctrine, there should be.

4) Like I say, the good news is, these ideas have absolutely no chance of even influence in a court of law.
