Lest it disappear down the memory hole, Bush's first tweet used the word "reigning" where he now writes "training."You went with "train" on the retweet? 🤦♂️ https://t.co/LY4YtMb4QW

A) He's lost his message altogether, especially by re-tweeting it with a new verb.
B) It's pretty damned clear that first tweet wasn't a typo. He simply doesn't understand the use of metaphor. I mean, he's just really, really bad at it.
C) That weakness is not helping him get his message across, at all.
D) He has a point about "leadership," but even without the gaffes, he's making it in the worst possible way. Is leadership a matter of actually directing people onto the right course? Or is it getting out in front of the parade and pretending to be the drum major? Or is it simply taking marching orders from the loudest voices in the parade?
