The volunteers who were supposed to be clamoring to do this work haven’t shown up. The new workers will/should be hired temps. The big issue in this, as in all of the Republican-fascist stuff since Gingrich, is the ability of them to thwart an informed vote by The People with lies. Without cutting off their ability to create any lie and sell it through the free-press, it's only going to get worse. They're not trying to win over a majority but a rabid, lunatic and morally degenerate margin of victory. Even those people who will claim to believe them contain a good percentage of those who don't but hope the next person is stupid enough to believe them.
