šŸ«¢I Thought I’d Already Posted This

Except Art. III directs Congress (created in Art. I) to establish the Supreme Court and the federal court system. Which doesn’t mean the Supreme Court is a power independent from Congress in all things. Unless Roberts also thinks Congress can’t expand the Court either.

This could be a test of the Court’s power established by Marbury, not Art. III, which the Court would ultimately lose.

We might be heading to that test.

  1. Chief's crap about how the "supreme Court" is a creature of the Constitution is amazing. Like there isn't anything about "good Behavior" which...WHO DETERMINES WHAT THAT MEANS, SIR? Is he begging for the first impeachment since Samuel Chase?
