From the DC Circuit court opinion upholding Boasberg’s order to stop summary deportations . It was a 2-1 decision. The dissent argued venue lay in Texas, where the flights originated. The citation to Nken (a Supreme Court citation), is chef’s kiss. 💋 

The reference to “tattoos” is a key issue, too.  I know several people with tattoos, from former Marines to my daughter’s friends. Fortunately none of them are brown, so they are above suspicion. So far….
