Ronald Reagan Was Lost To Alzheimer’s

It was obvious to reporters who interviewed him in the last years of his term.

Of course, we’d have to amend the Constitution. Or somehow make the implementation of the 25th Amendment actually possible.

But the doctor is right. There are consequences of extended lifespans that we as a society need to face. Preferably before it’s a crisis.

  1. How about including Senators and House members in that. Though what you could do about the young and demented isn't covered in that. I don't think having people nearing the century mark making laws that won't ever really effect people in their lifetimes is a great idea. Manchin and the entire Republican caucus of the Senate are a disaster in that regard.
