The 14th Amendment has incorporated all of the first ten against the states, too (yes, the 2nd originally only applied to the Feds).
Of course the Roberts Court may see fit to undo that line of jurisprudence, too.
I don't remember who it was who testified that Clarence Thomas, before he was elevated to a Supreme wrote things that would allow states to impose the death penalty for some speech. I would go back and swim through the record but it might have to wait till after harvest season.
