I know there’s still the issue of classified documents becoming evidence at trial, but I think the precedent of a POTUS taking documents with little consequence is a greater threat. So, we’ll see.

I mean, given this filing, it’s not like the DOJ has to prove much. Trump’s proving it all for them.
