When I was a pastor, people who tried to intimidate me (all pastors are wimps, ya know) grew even more frustrated when I failed to be impressed because they used their “outside” voice.So (1) never get a flat tire in Fontana (2) always have a backup tie (3) cherish kind judges and (4) don’t take the little stuff of practice so seriously. What’s gonna happen? They’ll yell at you? I’ve been yelled at before.

I’m a very shy person, which is often misread as overly sensitive, or arrogant. Fair enough. But I don’t get intimidated. I did, once. But I’ve been yelled at in open court by judges
