And the ignorance of the White House Press aides supports my point:It seems like the president hosted someone who suggested that he put loyalists in as national security adviser and CIA director, invoke the Insurrection Act, and attribute the election results to "Foreign Interference" by "China/Iran."

Pretty bad stuff.
Trump can't tweet, so he doesn't know how to order this into effect. Or even try to. Besides, nobody in the White House wants to listen to him whine anymore. They're busy taking whatever isn't nailed down and getting out....White House press aides were caught off guard by the Lindell meeting. https://t.co/h0trE4yKfY

But anyway:1. Thanks to MyPillow guy (sigh), here's, hopefully for the last forking time, one more #thread on the Insurrection Act — and why there's neither a legal nor practical pathway by which Trump could use it to somehow stay in power and/or prevent Biden's inauguration next Wednesday:

Fitting way for the clusterfuck to end, with the My Pillow Guy pitching martial law schemes. Next Friday, we can all just have a Friday. What a relief.

But an administration official says Trump wasn't really entertaining what Lindell was saying. Lindell also seemed frustrated he wasn't getting more of a hearing.
