Whether that statement is incitement or not does not depend *at all* on whether it’s true. It depends solely on whether it’s directed to producing imminent lawless action — and is likely to have its intended effect.
Everything now depends on how much Trump is in control, and how much he’s ceded control so he can whine about how he really won.Among the things Giuliani said to @jonkarl that concerned Trump aides was that he would be open to Trump testifying. The current posture for several Trump aides is they don't want him to show up to a trial, if there is one.
