Whatever happened to all of the documents that were subpoenaed in Trump's first impeachment but never delivered and entered into evidence and all of the testimony that was never presented? Shouldn't all of that information be part of the case for Trump's removal?
ReplyDeleteYou'd think. But McConnell is not calling the Senate back until January 19, so no trial until Biden is POTUS. At most, Trump will be barred from ever holding public office again, which works for me.
DeleteHe's gonna be spending all his time defending criminal cases in NY and in DC, starting with seditious conspiracy and incitement to violence. He may never even be convicted, but he'll spend what little money he has on hand paying lawyers. By all accounts, most banks are through with him, and I think Putin and the Russians are, too. They'll find other venues for their money laundering.
