A source with knowledge of the incident said the cemetery official tried to prevent Trump staffers from filming and photographing in a section where recent U.S. casualties are buried. The source said Arlington officials had made clear that only cemetery staff members would be authorized to take photographs or film in the area, known as Section 60.When the cemetery official tried to prevent Trump campaign staff from entering Section 60, campaign staff verbally abused and pushed the official aside, according to the source.Republican Presidential nominee, former president Donald J. Trump remarks during a campaign event atIn a statement to NPR, Steven Cheung, the Trump campaign's spokesman, strongly rejected the notion of a physical altercation, adding: "We are prepared to release footage if such defamatory claims are made."The fact is that a private photographer was permitted on the premises and for whatever reason an unnamed individual, clearly suffering from a mental health episode, decided to physically block members of President Trump's team during a very solemn ceremony," Cheung said in the statement. The Trump campaign declined to make that footage immediately available. In a statement to NPR, Arlington National Cemetery said it "can confirm there was an incident, and a report was filed.""Federal law prohibits political campaign or election-related activities within Army National Military Cemeteries, to include photographers, content creators or any other persons attending for purposes, or in direct support of a partisan political candidate's campaign," according to the statement. "Arlington National Cemetery reinforced and widely shared this law and its prohibitions with all participants."

Ask yourself who has the history of lying: Arlington National Cemetery, or Trump & Co.?Trump also tried to exploit the funeral of Ruby Garcia. Here he claimed he had spoken to her family and shared details. Except the family said he was lying about the whole thing. He is reading from a NY Post obituary, while claiming this is what her family told him. pic.twitter.com/wfIxrlkJqd

Remember when Trump was late to lay the wreath at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier on Memorial Day 2020 and kept all the military veterans and their families waiting while he was busy tweeting about himself? pic.twitter.com/YFQeysOox5

Here is Trump 20 minutes after attending the funeral of a police officer, which his campaign also filmed to promote him. https://t.co/5c4D3Tiwr8

The only memorial service Trump has gone to where he didn’t have campaign people there filming him so he could use it as self-promotion was Ivana’s. That’s because he didn’t want everyone to see he was burying her on his golf course. He doesn’t honor others, he promotes himself.

Why the hell was he in Arlington National Cemetery with multiple campaign people filming and taking photos and blasting it all over media? He wasn’t there to pay respects. If they couldn’t turn it into a campaign event, he would not have gone. This was ALL about him, not vets.

See? It's not even man bites dog. Old news. Been done to death. Nothing "new" here to report. Here is Trump complaining at a funeral that when he asked his campaign people beforehand how long it would take they told him he’d be in and out in 15 minutes, but then he had to sit through a 2 hour service before he was able to speak. pic.twitter.com/IZgRioU3Iq

Who the fuck smiles like mugging for the camera that at a cemetery? I guess Fred and his mother never taught him how to act respectfully in one.
