Par For The Course

I guess this means I have to go to Target and buy some Bud Light. (Newt is SO thirsty!) ELECTION INTERFERENCE! (Because there’s always another election coming.) Gotta stand in solidarity with my old choir mate from, what, 60 years ago? 🙀 Why we are treating Trump like a criminal. They gave a riot, and nobody came: Maybe they were all at Bedminster? Unless he can prove that in court, it doesn’t matter. Trying to get your lawyer to do the crime for you not working out, huh? Huh.
“Don't forget this persecution is being done by the same weaponized agencies that for seven years have been running illegal psychological warfare campaigns against the American people, much as if they were trying to destabilize a foreign country.”
Projection is a harsh mistress. Par for the course. But that take is interesting. “And I alone can do it!” How many different ways can we say it? That doesn’t mean you can actually do anything. Futile gestures is doing something; but it’s not doing something effective. Sorta like this:
House Republicans plan to pull out all the stops in an effort to discredit Jack Smith with a multi-pronged, scorched-earth attack on the special counsel that figures to include issuing subpoenas and cutting funding to his office in an effort to thwart his prosecution of Donald Trump, CNN reports
Except nothing they can pass will get through the Senate (did they not notice the vote today because Tuberville had to stand at the barricades in Bedminster?); and if it did, Biden wouldn’t sign it even if it funded the government. Honestly, these people are idiots. 'Round and ‘round she goes, where she stops, nobody knows. (At least we have something new to worry about: revisionist artists.)
