Fortunately such opinions matter not a bean 🫘 in a court of law.

Even if Trump believed he won, he wasn't legally entitled to misuse agencies/officers of the U.S. to get the result he thought he deserved or to exhort a mob to storm the Capitol to end the tally. The key to his guilt is using illegal means regardless of his subjective belief.

This is what will matter.

His recourse ended with the last lawsuit. What he thought or believed after that is irrelevant. What he did is what matters. And his intent is clear from that, too.

Honestly I did not realize there were so many criminal law experts in the world. On the intertoobs, on the radio, on cable news. I never realized so many unencumbered by knowledge were so certain of what they don’t know.
