This is what will matter.Even if Trump believed he won, he wasn't legally entitled to misuse agencies/officers of the U.S. to get the result he thought he deserved or to exhort a mob to storm the Capitol to end the tally. The key to his guilt is using illegal means regardless of his subjective belief.
