For what it’s worth, under the Constitution, no member of Congress can be prosecuted for reading aloud on the floor any of the documents Trump allegedly has copies of.

“The Senators and Representatives" of Congress "shall in all Cases, except Treason, Felony, and Breach of the Peace, be privileged from Arrest during their attendance at the Session of their Respective Houses, and in going to and from the same; and for any Speech or Debate in either House, they shall not be questioned in any other Place."Pretty sure the Espionage Act makes “dissemination” of classified documents a felony; and reading such documents to persons not cleared to know their contents is “dissemination” under the Act.
I mean, aside from the fact this has nothing to with Trump’s indictment, since he was never a member of Congress.
