And has anybody heard anything more about Louisiana? Is that because Laura wasn’t a “superstorm? Is that because the only “superstorm” in U.S. history struck NYC? Cities in Louisiana were scrubbed off the map. How many cities did the “superstorm” utterly annihilate?
